Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate the deal life cycle from deal proposal to loan closing.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for Wealth Advisors and internal deal fulfillment partners.
  • •Structure highly customized, complex loan structures within Truist’s credit risk appetite, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Drive new business generation and manage the credit pipeline for new and increased loan requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent training).
  • •Seven years of training and experience related to a Lending Advisor role.
  • •Experience evaluating clients’ financial statements and structuring complex, custom credits as part of a broader financial plan.
  • •Familiarity with complex client entity structures and commercial lending products or complex, custom cash-flow based wealth lending solutions.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills; NMLS / Safe Act Registered within --- days of hire.
