Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead daily sales-floor execution while delivering outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Champion a positive team culture, assist across store departments (POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations), and help drive personal and team sales goals alongside Store Management. Manage day-to-day team activities through delegation and follow-up, serve as a brand ambassador, and uphold asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance standards.
