Key Responsibilities

  • •Define governance meetings, create scorecards, and prepare strategic materials for monthly steering sessions with the CTO and EVP.
  • •Provide a clear vision of the budget and project it across various streams to ensure financial alignment with architectural initiatives.
  • •Consolidate and list different streams into a cohesive roadmap, offering visibility and status updates for stakeholders.
  • •Define and deploy technology animation events to engage teams and promote knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • •Monitor the deployment of global services, focusing on adoption, budget adherence, and effective change management across initiatives.

  • •Governance management and the ability to define governance meetings, create scorecards, and prepare strategic materials for steering sessions with senior leaders.
  • •Project management skills with familiarity in project methodologies to coordinate and oversee architectural initiatives.
