Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of Facilities Management hard services, including maintenance/repair of access equipment, air conditioning, building fabric, capital works, lifts/escalators, fire & security systems, generators, electrical systems, lighting, water/plumbing, UPS, HVAC, lighting protection, CCTV & access control, plus refurbishment support.
  • •Manage hard service suppliers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to maintain safe, secure, cost-effective environments and maximize added value to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • •Develop and update technical scope of works, policies, SOPs, operating manuals, and implement continuous process improvement; create and manage KPI/SLA frameworks for suppliers and drive corrective actions.
  • •Oversee budgets by preparing inputs for asset/project budgets, managing actual cost versus budget, reviewing and endorsing invoices, and providing financial reports/data for departmental performance.
  • •Maintain compliance with SHEQ/integrated systems and local regulations; conduct regular site audits and safety reviews/inspections, including PPM activities, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or professional/vocational qualifications including industrial standards certification such as IFMA.
  • •6–8 years’ experience in Facilities Management hard service operations in a performance-managed environment.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the GCC with strong facilities management operations knowledge.
  • •Experience managing multi-tenanted buildings and directly leading hard service delivery teams using benchmarking techniques to improve service quality.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including report preparation and strong computer use.
