Lead category strategy execution across the beer and softs portfolio, inspiring your team to deliver ambitious growth plans with retail partners. Key Responsibilities

•Identify transformational category growth opportunities and lead your team to deliver them.
•Lead Category AOP strategy, customer roadmaps, and in-year commercial planning processes (AOP development and performance cycles).
•Execute the category plan to maximize macro space, range, merchandising principles, availability, and FTG opportunities.
•Own or support measurement of category outcomes at channel and customer level, tracking progress and creating course-correct plans.
•Lead people management activities: set objectives, coach and develop team members, raise capability, and ensure succession planning.
