Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly/quarterly revenue close activities, including revenue analysis, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • •Execute monthly/quarterly Order-to-Cash controls across all revenue streams.
  • •Reconcile transactions across multiple systems (subledgers, BI platform, and ERP) and complete complex Order-to-Cash reconciliations.
  • •Investigate and resolve daily inquiries on unusual revenue transactions with cross-functional partners.
  • •Support ASC 606-compliant product/marketing launches, SOX implementation and SOX 404 controls, and internal/external audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,113 - 133,985 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent); CPA highly recommended.
  • •Working knowledge of GAAP, including familiarity with ASC 606; Big 4, eCommerce, and high-volume transaction experience preferred.
  • •3–5+ years of Order-to-Cash, revenue, or related accounting experience.
  • •Public company and SOX 404 experience desired.
  • •Experience with revenue recognition software (Leapfin) and BI tool (Looker), plus NetSuite or equivalent ERP; advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
