Key Responsibilities

  • •Support corporate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts and annual plans, balancing growth with profitability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, accounting, and sales operations to improve monthly processes.
  • •Assist with month-end close by summarizing forecast variances and communicating them to executive stakeholders.
  • •Track business performance and KPI trends versus operating plans and prepare budget-to-actual reporting, including board reporting.
  • •Implement and maintain financial planning tools, validate and maintain forecast models, and support special projects and ad-hoc analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • •5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, P&L management, or related experience, focused on software/technology.
  • •Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with comfort developing and using modeling techniques for decision-making.
  • •Experience using ERP and financial planning systems, with the ability to work through ambiguity to drive results.
  • •Strong quantitative skills plus deep expertise in SaaS and ASC 606 revenue recognition rules.
