Job Summary

Operate heavy dozer equipment safely and efficiently for groundwork and construction projects. Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety procedures, complete daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation, and perform minor servicing and maintenance as needed. Coordinate with site leadership (foreman/superintendent/safety/HR), follow project/jobsite directions, and assist with training and general duties while maintaining regular, predictable attendance.

•Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights safely and efficiently.

•Follow foreman direction for daily tasks and expectations for each project/jobsite.
•Perform minor servicing/maintenance, and conduct daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation; assist in training less-experienced employees.
