Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on a strategic approach to event execution, including vendor recommendations and aligning with the broader marketing plan for each vertical.
  • •Determine when to bring in other teams and when to incorporate speakers into an event.
  • •Run executive events, investor events, press activations, customer events, and sales meetings or presentations.
  • •Lead programming, run of show, itinerary development, speaker coordination, and day-of execution.
  • •Work with executive leadership on internal communications and high-visibility events.
