Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer and bank transactions within established limits, including cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and deposit processing.
  • •Model excellent customer service and support tellers using policy/procedure knowledge to resolve transactions and issues.
  • •Provide branch operations support related to losses, differences, and mitigating risk.
  • •Ensure branch security and the security/accountability of cash and negotiable items, including maintaining appropriate cash limits.
  • •Respond to emails/calls and requests from back-office operations and other business units; refer financial products and services based on customer needs.

Key Requirements
