Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day field operations to meet production goals, budget, and schedule milestones.
•Coordinate with Project Management and Procurement to ensure timely delivery and staging of materials.
•Maintain and enforce an accident-free safety culture and site safety standards.
•Oversee daily site activities, including testing, commissioning, and ensuring quality of low-voltage installations and structured cabling.
•Serve as the senior onsite SME for data center low voltage, structured cabling, and fiber installations and communicate with the client.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of supervisory experience on largescale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
•Hands-on onsite leadership with deep data center expertise and ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time, and to exacting standards.
•Strong safety leadership including OSHA principles and securing a safe work environment.
•Proven ability to lead field teams (100+ technicians) and coordinate across planning, scheduling, and field execution.
•Experience coordinating with Project Management and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to budget.
