Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive contract win and extension activities, maximizing value of company assets and real estate for F&B industry opportunities.
  • •Oversee preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, RFP documents, lease extensions, and related external materials.
  • •Create and execute project work plans and manage budgets; obtain internal/external approvals and report on costs, milestones, and progress.
  • •Negotiate and finalize subtenant and client agreements, including internal approval of terms and commercial recommendations based on legal review.
  • •Supervise team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project timelines, delegation, change orders, and post-audit learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in relationship management, project/resource planning, negotiation, and proposal/presentation skills.
  • •Proven leadership track record in multi-discipline organizations with experience working with senior-level management (including government authorities).
  • •Experience with high-level negotiation and decision-making, including managing financial tradeoffs in contract management.
  • •Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination, including planning, timelines, approvals, and reporting.
  • •Ability to read and interpret legal agreements and make commercial recommendations; strong communication skills (English required; German/French a plus).
