Job Summary

Design secure, multi-year Managed Services solutions across the security technology domain for enterprise clients. Partner with sales and delivery teams to map client requirements to service elements, build commercial models, and coordinate end-to-end solution development. Facilitate client and internal workshops, deliver presentations and demonstrations, test and validate service designs, and help transition from solution design to service delivery. Cover cloud services, technology architectures, SIAM, SLAs, and ITSM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-create value with clients by designing secure, innovative, multi-year Managed Services solutions across the security technology domain.
•Work with sales and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions and commercial models that meet client needs and mitigate risks.
•Design complex managed service solutions by integrating technology and service design aligned to client requirements.
•Facilitate workshops, map client requirements to proposed service elements, and present tailored solutions to secure client buy-in.
•Test, validate, and recommend improvements to service designs and support transitions from solution design to service delivery.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in Security Managed Services with deep knowledge of network security, cloud security, endpoint security, IAM, and data protection.
•Proven track record designing security managed services for large enterprises and structuring multi-year profitable contracts.
•Experience working in global delivery environments across multiple geographies and industries.
•Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret diverse information and data.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.
