Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage equipment engineers to track, monitor, and drive installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Ensure equipment performance, reliability, safety, and operational readiness by monitoring uptime and manufacturing impact resolution.
  • •Track and optimize maintenance and reliability metrics including PM effectiveness, first-time success rates, MTTR, spare part utilization, and cost/spending trends.
  • •Improve equipment and supplier performance using AI-enabled monitoring, fault detection, RCA tracking, benchmarking, and performance tracking systems.
  • •Monitor EHSS compliance, risks, corrective actions, incident trends, and training completion to support proactive compliance and organizational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and manage a team of equipment engineers and ensure execution of equipment reliability and readiness programs.
  • •Experience monitoring and improving manufacturing equipment performance metrics such as PM effectiveness, MTTR, first-time success rates, spare parts utilization, OEE, throughput, and tool utilization.
  • •Ability to drive cost reduction using predictive maintenance insights, AI-based cost modeling, and performance dashboards.
  • •Competence in systematic problem solving (e.g., fault detection, RCA tracking, engineering knowledge systems) and supplier performance management.
  • •Knowledge of EHSS compliance, risk indicators, corrective actions, incident trends, and digital inspection/automated compliance tracking systems.
