Job Summary

Lead a geographically dispersed team of Business Development Officers to originate SBA loans and drive regional growth within the SBA group. Set and track performance metrics across pipeline development, deal progression, conversions, and forecast accuracy. Coach prospecting and referral development, strengthen referral networks and centers of influence, and partner with credit, closing, operations, and business banking teams to improve production quality and client experience.

•Maintain pipeline discipline by monitoring activity, deal progression, conversion trends, and forecast accuracy.
•Partner with internal teams (credit, closing, operations, business banking) to promote production quality and sound deal execution, including periodic travel to support client development.
