Senior Specialist - Accounts Payable

Lead and oversee accounts payable operations to ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. Supervise the accounts payable team, review and approve vendor invoices, and manage communications to resolve discrepancies. Conduct regular audits and support month-end/year-end closing. Use accounting systems and reporting to analyze AP data, identify trends, and improve processes while staying current with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
