Job Summary

Provide on-site technical support for King County wastewater facilities by supporting installation, startup, and operation of distributed control systems (DCS), subsystems, and related equipment. Document service work with detailed reporting on issues and root causes to improve system reliability and performance, working as a trusted liaison with internal engineering teams.

•Provide hands-on on-site technical support, including instruction, developing maintenance procedures, quality control testing, and product commissioning.

•Serve as a key technical resource and trusted partner to customers, offering engineering expertise and coordinating with internal teams to resolve equipment and system challenges.
•Troubleshoot issues and support system performance to maintain reliable plant operations in a live environment.
•Document service activities with detailed reporting on issues encountered, root causes, and work performed to support continuous improvement and reliability.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 95,000 - 140,000 annually
