Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all activities associated with assigned projects, including pre-construction, construction phasing, closeout coordination, occupancy, and warranty enforcement.
  • •Organize and coordinate construction activities with the client, client vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • •Plan and organize reports and review documentation from multiple project teams working on assigned projects.
  • •Coordinate with the general contractor on tests and inspections, scheduling, and delivery of test/inspection reports to the owner and architect.
  • •Review punch lists and verify completion prior to recommending substantial completion; monitor progress and process field construction documentation (RFI and submittal validation/logging).

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency via experience and/or education).
  • •Fifteen years in construction.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related field.
  • •Leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of scheduling and critical milestone activities, including logic of the schedule and basic construction means and methods.
