Perform cosmetic inspections and advanced vehicle reconditioning to CarMax standards, including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing. Conduct cosmetic and final quality checks, identify vehicle defects, and recommend repair approaches. Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot while maintaining an efficient workflow. Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keep the work area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute standardized cosmetic reconditioning processes at an established pace.
•Perform advanced cosmetic repairs including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing.
•Complete cosmetic and final quality inspections to meet customer-ready standards.
•Identify defects and determine best repair methods for optimal results.
•Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot, while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.19 - 20.26 hourly

Key Requirements

•Complete all CarMax training programs, including online and hands-on modules.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately record data for inventory and quality control.
•Skilled at performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

•Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, including inclement weather.
