  • •Set the function’s strategy and roadmap, including prioritization and success measurement.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and executives to translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver actionable answers.
  • •Develop predictive, prescriptive, and causal models to inform product decisions, customer retention, pricing, and operating efficiency.
  • •Improve how insights reach decision-makers (dashboards, metric definitions, written recommendations, and executive readouts) and present findings clearly with ethical, privacy-conscious data use.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or decision science, including 3+ years managing and developing a team.
  • •Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with judgment to choose the right approach.
  • •Strong SQL skills, plus fluency in Python or R.
  • •Experience using modern data platforms and large-scale data tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Spark.
  • •A master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
