Lead quality assurance inspection at an airport warehouse, running preshift meetings, covering inspection lines, and coordinating shift-to-shift handoffs. Key Responsibilities

•Hold preshift meetings with inspectors and ensure all inspection lines are covered (rotating lines as required).
•Perform customer-required inspection and special testing (UPC scans, visual inspection, tape testing, IPA testing, Sutherland Rub, and other required tests).
•Investigate defects, no reads, and missing labels; enter containment details and place suspect product on hold with scanned defect pictures and traceback forms.
•Train inspectors on procedures for new products or new test methods, and verify training completion for new inspectors.
•Support root cause and corrective actions with leadership and help prepare the warehouse for audits (IMS, Customer, ISO, and SQF).
