Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervises engineering projects/activities and staff engaged in planning, design, construction, and/or maintenance of engineering systems and components.
  • •Analyzes engineering-related problems and issues and provides consultation to management, individuals, and business units.
  • •Ensures compliance with applicable industry regulations, codes, standards, and company rules for projects and activities.
  • •Leads continuous improvement efforts for designing processes, establishing quality standards/metrics, and sharing best practices and knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and at least 8 years of job-relevant experience.

  • •Experience guiding continuous improvement for processes, quality standards and metrics, and best practices using advanced problem-solving tools.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, including time management and prioritization.
  • •Proficiency in computer applications relevant for field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
