Key Responsibilities

  • •Align product development goals and initiatives to company OKRs and define the product roadmap with clear vision and strategy.
  • •Direct customer research and analysis to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors, and build compelling business cases for product recommendations.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and design to translate opportunities into measurable requirements and prioritize the backlog for timely delivery.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with Delivery Managers, Tech Leads and Product Managers to coordinate dependencies across teams.
  • •Work with internal teams, especially marketing, to develop go-to-market plans and product positioning, identifying target customer segments.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation.
  • •Ability to influence within a fast-paced and distributed environment, and lead cross-functional planning and problem solving, particularly with engineering and design teams.
  • •Experience defining and tracking OKRs or a similar goal-setting framework.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • •Degree orMasters in a Business, Product or Technology discipline (even better).
