Lead operations at a distribution center by managing and developing direct reports and first-level supervisors. Drive health and safety initiatives while ensuring inventory control policies are followed, including audit of receiving/stocking procedures, cycle counts, FIFO/product rotation, and discrepancy resolution. Oversee order fulfillment logistics such as release to vendors and other distribution centers, working with Finance and cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely shipments and paperwork.
