Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify inbound equipment from Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Match items to turn-in documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of forms and hand receipts.
  • •Update Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) to reflect receipt transactions and input logistics/transportation records.
  • •Stage and transfer items to designated warehouse or yard locations, and prepare outbound shipments for transfer, redistribution, or disposal.
  • •Generate and review shipping documentation, coordinate with transportation teams, maintain shipment logs and discrepancy reports, and file reports per ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate’s in logistics or supply preferred.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience in a military or contractor environment preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems highly desirable.
  • •Working knowledge of Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and transportation documentation standards (DTR 4500.9-R).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust).
