Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead executive discovery sessions and workshops with C-suite stakeholders to translate compliance requirements into technical designs.
  • •Design enterprise Purview architectures and operating models covering Data Security, Data Governance & Lifecycle, and Risk & Compliance.
  • •Assess client data risk profiles and design permission controls and data lifecycle rules to prevent accidental data oversharing via Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • •Design and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement and governance training using Purview-based protection controls.
  • •Define integration architecture between Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Microsoft Entra ID, in collaboration with delivery teams, and mentor junior consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in IT security, compliance, or cloud consultancy, including 2+ years designing and leading Microsoft Purview architectures for enterprise clients.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 service management and Entra ID permissions architecture.
  • •Experience using PowerShell to read, validate, and adapt scripts for policy validation and reporting.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft Copilot adoption programs and governance frameworks (or building Copilot solutions) for enterprise clients.
  • •Working knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001, with strong workshop facilitation skills.
  • •Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (or both).
