Job Summary

Support an enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) environment for USSOCOM, working with SOFPREP’s specialized software tools and networks. Provide day-to-day support for custom development, operations, maintenance, enhancements/modernization, and cybersecurity/RMF support. Handle end-user support, hardware/software analysis and testing, research/incident resolution knowledge base, and IT asset management including software licensing inventory, compliance, renewals, and IdAM process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support hardware/software analysis, test & evaluation, and user assessment of emerging tools and applications used in the SOFPREP network.
•Sustainment support for J37-SP Systems, resolving complex technical issues related to SOFPREP Training technologies autonomously.
•Conduct research and create solutions, maintaining a knowledge base to investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents.
•Apply ITIL/ITSM practices and support integrated enterprise-wide IT service delivery aligned to customer and end-user needs.
•Manage IT standard process/procedures and IdAM documentation, and support asset management including software/hardware licensing and procurement activities.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,733 - 117,031 annually

Key Requirements

•Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one is required.
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent, or 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
•Must possess one or more of: A+, Security+, Cloud+, ITIL.
•Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes supporting DoD or similar environments.
•Understanding of ITIL, agile methodologies, and DoD Risk Management/Security policies; strong written and verbal communication skills.
