Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary financial advisor to functional business leaders, providing actionable insights, financial guidance, and scenario modeling.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three financial analysts, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability.
  • •Own budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for supported IT business units, including metrics and variance analysis.
  • •Spearhead complex financial modeling for strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases; translate data into executive-level narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or certification (CFA, CPA) strongly preferred.
  • •8+ years of progressive financial experience with FP&A, cost accounting, spends, strategic finance, and business partnering, preferably in high-tech/software.
  • •Experience leading, managing, and developing direct reports; proven track record building high-performing teams.
  • •Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • •Strong communication skills to present complex financial concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
