Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to employees, candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR, and key stakeholders.
  • •Design and implement mobility processes in coordination with global stakeholders (Tax, Payroll, Legal, Procurement) across country and regional requirements.
  • •Collaborate with the Performance & Incentives Team to provide data-driven insights to enhance policies and programs.
  • •Partner with cross-regional counterparts to achieve alignment and results.
  • •Manage all mobility vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services) to optimize processes and ensure standards are adhered to.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience in mobility or HR processes (onboarding or offboarding).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Ability to handle challenging tasks with a responsible, positive attitude.
  • •Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or HR Tech platforms with an AI-driven, automation-first mindset.
  • •Knowledge of onboarding workflows and global/mobility tax implications with ability to perform cost calculations.
