Customer Proposition Marketing Manager

Own customer proposition, campaign, and communications development by uncovering customer needs through research and market intelligence. Monitor competitors to identify gaps, design value propositions and target segments, and define end-to-end campaign strategies for acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell. Plan and lead launch events, oversee key customer communications and agency briefing, and manage budgets, KPIs, performance tracking, and optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
