•Create newscasts for television and digital platforms.
•Produce, write, and edit assigned segments.
•Collaborate with the editorial team and contribute ideas based on the NBC Connecticut News Strategy.
•Fill in as a producer when needed on other NBC CT newscasts and support long-form streaming projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
•Must be willing to work at the station in West Hartford, CT.
•Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work any shift, including holidays and weekends, with short notice.
•Must have the ability to work any of a 24 x 7 shift.
•Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
