Key Responsibilities

  • •Consolidate proposition plans with input from relevant stakeholders, with a particular focus on the flexible benefit sector
  • •Support the development and management of a 3-year proposition strategy and plans
  • •Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify and develop new or enhanced propositions / features
  • •Develop business cases for defined projects to determine potential benefits, clarify the rationale for investment and support the planning process
  • •Effectively identified risks when designing new propositions / features and follow risk and compliance procedures to ensure compliant with organizational policies
