  • •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • •Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and meeting personal and store KPIs
  • •Use clienteling tools, mobile POS, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • •Perform daily store operations and transactions, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, pickups, returns, and exchanges

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • •Ability to operate POS and use basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and read price/release sheets
  • •Strong English proficiency
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high energy on the floor
  • •Experience with clienteling/data acquisition and social media, including live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
