Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive financial performance across clinics and healthcare business units.
  • •Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, including financial models and strategic business cases.
  • •Ensure financial controls, compliance, governance, and audit readiness; oversee monthly management reporting and performance reviews.
  • •Lead and develop the finance team while acting as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • •Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience and at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership position.
  • •Extensive healthcare finance experience across hospitals, healthcare groups, medical centres, clinic networks, day surgery centres, and multi-site operations.
  • •Experience in healthcare FP&A, business partnering, physician productivity analysis, revenue cycle/KPIs, payer mix analysis, and healthcare investment/business case development.
