Job Summary

Lead WSP’s Defence Sector capability and serve as office lead for the Bristol Studio, supporting and developing the existing Defence Sector portfolio. In a client-facing role, you’ll enhance sector relationships, drive sector bidding opportunities across the UK and overseas, and manage the quality of delivery and design. You’ll also lead and develop a sector support team, work with UK leadership to grow expertise, and help meet business plan and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Defence Sector capability.
•Lead bidding opportunities in the UK and overseas and enhance client relationships through sector expertise.

•Engage in developing design talent and performance in the sector.
•Sit alongside the Bristol AD team lead in running and managing the studio, supporting sector growth plans and business/financial targets.

•Previous experience in the defence architectural industry.
•Must be a qualified Architect.
•Working knowledge of UK building regulations and national standards.
•Working capability and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
