Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and deposit products, including lending and home equity, as applicable.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; assist with teller transactions and branch operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 1 year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
