Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective and safe nursing care to a defined group of patients and families, following established nursing regimes and nursing care plans.
  • •Assess patient signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, and general condition to identify normal versus abnormal characteristics.
  • •Deliver direct and indirect patient care, including medication administration, therapeutic agents, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiating peripheral venous access.
  • •Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes against care goals, and making or recommending necessary adjustments.
