Manager, Cost Accounting

Manage end-to-end cost accounting for a major portion of the company’s product portfolio, ensuring consistent standard costing, accurate reconciliations, and variance and margin reporting. Lead and mentor a regional team of cost accountants and analysts supporting development, manufacturing, and production sites. Drive internal controls, audit readiness (including FAR/CAS and SOX-aligned controls), support pricing and cost proposals, and partner cross-functionally to analyze cost drivers, inventory valuation, and manufacturing performance.
