Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-site workplace projects, including opening and scaling new offices, managing the annual workplace budget, and negotiating leases/contracts.
  • •Establish and enforce project governance standards, methodologies, and best practices; conduct post-project reviews to drive improvements.
  • •Develop compliance frameworks for multi-site programs, integrating sustainability/ESG considerations and advising on emerging regulations with a focus on health and safety.
  • •Drive workplace strategy across global sites using occupancy insights, business feedback, and industry trends; develop capacity plans and space solutions.
  • •Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate multi-project agreements, and create financial reporting frameworks to identify cost efficiencies.
