Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, owning technical components end-to-end from architecture to production validation and observability.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using an Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360 and platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, modeling data and validating outputs.
  • •Maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
  • •Partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into solutions that ship, contributing to proofs-of-concept and MVPs.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience (6–10 years for Senior levels) with at least one production system.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
