  • •Direct, coach, and develop the maintenance team while driving accountability for performance results.
  • •Promote and manage safety, Food Safety/Quality/GMP requirements, and applicable compliance activities.
  • •Develop, manage, and monitor the maintenance operating budget and support capital budget planning.
  • •Establish, monitor, and improve maintenance performance metrics and systems/standards; drive corrective actions and Reliability Center of Excellence initiatives, including SAP maintenance processes.

Key Requirements
