Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English and Mandarin to communicate with global teams and Chinese customers.
  • •Deep expertise in databases, including query optimization, distributed systems, and OLAP technologies.
  • •Strong architecture design capability for large-scale, mission-critical data platforms and PB-scale real-time warehouse experience operating production systems.
  • •Cloud-native proficiency with hands-on experience using at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud).
  • •Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers, with ownership in a high-velocity environment.
