Key Responsibilities

  • •Own transformation programs or workstreams, establishing structure, cadence, and momentum from early ramp through delivery lifecycle.
  • •Partner with leadership, business users, and technical teams to align on vision, objectives, scope, and program execution.
  • •Curate timelines, roadmaps, governance, and key artifacts (e.g., RAID logs, status reporting, steering/operating committee, wiki/SharePoint).
  • •Coordinate execution across multi-disciplinary teams by managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes and driving clear communication.
  • •On assigned programs, lead data migration end-to-end and/or orchestrate end-to-end business architecture, including environment readiness sequencing and process hand-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of program management experience in the software or related technology industry across a range of program types.
  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); MBA a plus.
  • •Proven ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar domains and deliver in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • •Experience managing teams of business and technical resources.
  • •Fluency across Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; able to tailor delivery approach per program.
