•Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery at a regional level to support consistency and execution excellence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field plus at least 8 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years in a Global Business Services, shared services, or global transformation environment (or equivalent experience/education).
•Proven track record delivering complex, global, multi-functional projects on time and within budget.
•Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization, managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
•Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and service delivery models.
•Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
