Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine cleaning inspections and perform monthly GMP and facility audits.
  • •Monitor and verify OPRPs and CCP check sheets.
  • •Maintain document control by uploading reviewed procedures, work instructions, and check sheets onto the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • •Request, collect, and track updated food safety and quality documentation from suppliers per Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) procedures.
  • •Identify, investigate, and report non-conformances, raise SAP notifications, and support daily operations meetings with updates on corrective actions and complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn and develop in Quality Assurance.
