Key Responsibilities

  • •Support multiple platforms by driving maintenance of systems and delivering technical designs, development, and deployment of front-end and/or back-end solutions.
  • •Integrate the data warehouse with enterprise applications and help implement user access controls and data security measures.
  • •Lead daily operational activities, measuring process quality and compliance, and managing cross-team initiatives related to supported platforms.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and continuous improvement ideas addressing technical debt aligned to ITIL processes.
  • •Engage business users and technology teams to define data needs, improve data architecture, and develop policies/standards to ensure data availability and responsive business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years professional experience in a technology or business field.
  • •Proven experience analyzing code for non-standard practices, errors, and security vulnerabilities, with detailed remediation plans.
  • •Experience managing and delivering departmental initiatives related to the platforms supported by the team.
  • •Experience driving system maintenance, creating technical designs, and developing/deploying front-end and/or back-end systems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work as a dependable, hands-on team player with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
