Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and inspire a team focused on sourcing strategy-aligned multi-family housing development opportunities.
  • •Manage relationships with developers and industry stakeholders, gathering market intelligence to inform investment decisions.
  • •Collaborate with executive leaders and stakeholders to establish business goals, plan portfolio growth, and support pre-qualification, structuring, and pricing of debt and proprietary investments.
  • •Support enterprise risk management by maintaining responsibility for deal structure and economics and originating/following transactions through closing with partner teams.
  • •Attract, develop, coach, and retain associates; foster an inclusive, high-performance environment and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in business development, underwriting, asset management, or portfolio management (or a combination) in affordable housing or commercial real estate.
  • •MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in affordable housing, community development, or Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience, plus 5+ years of market analysis experience.
