Serve as a client-first, sales-driven partner in a KeyBank branch—building new relationships and deepening existing ones through in-person and phone conversations. Identify financial wellness opportunities, provide tailored recommendations, and open personal and business accounts while meeting individual activity and sales goals. Collaborate with branch teams and line-of-business partners, support teller transactions as needed, and maintain compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit requirements.
