Job Summary

Lead safety, health, and environmental (EHS) management for the Guangzhou facility, driving compliance with environmental, occupational health, production safety, and fire-safety requirements. Coordinate hazard identification, inspections, training, emergency drills, and corrective actions. Organize reporting and collaboration with HR for occupational health examinations, respond to customer EHS surveys and audits, and ensure continuous, effective functioning of ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead EHS management within the facility for safety, health, and environment.
•Collect, evaluate, and implement applicable laws, regulations, and standards for environmental protection and workplace safety.
•Organize hazard identification and evaluation, and drive implementation of risk and environmental-factor management measures.
•Develop and manage EHS rules, operating procedures, emergency rescue plans, and conduct EHS education, training records, and drills.
•Run routine and special EHS inspections, manage corrective actions, coordinate occupational health examinations with HR, and ensure ISO14001/ISO45001 system effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor’s degree in safety/environmental management or mechanical engineering (with environmental/safety management in the program).
•At least 5 years of experience in safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene management in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to work across organizational levels and effectively navigate local authorities to resolve EHS issues proactively.
•Experience leading and executing organization-wide EHS initiatives to improve EHS awareness.
•Working knowledge of ISO14000 and ISO45001; strong English communication with IELTS level 6 expected.
