Key Responsibilities

  • •Under direction of the ME project lead, develop, modify, and review models and drawings ensuring design intent is incorporated.
  • •Develop project design concepts and production of presentation drawings, sketches, and coordinated design/construction documents.
  • •Work on multiple projects within established deadlines and budgets, utilizing resources to meet project requirements.
  • •Interact with internal and external consultants, present ideas clearly, and support project development activities.
  • •Lead specific aspects of the project and provide guidance to junior colleagues while reporting progress and risks to the project lead.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of BIM experience supporting concept, planning, and technical design through construction documentation.
  • •Proficiency in Revit with exposure to common data environment / ACC.
